Kanjani8, for the most part, are not good singers, except for Baru, who has a fantastic range. If they are good actors, then they should act and not sing.
Baru sings Eden with the range of notes how it should sound. The other members can't reach the notes so they sound strained.

LOL S'OK, I do agree, Baru is the star most of the time >w<. And I am a tiny bit biased to certain members.
But fangirl bias is unavoidable. And god, I only just realised how much Maru and Yasu are straining when they sing together...it kind of hurts just listening T_T> But I can forgive them because THEY'RE SO FREAKING CUTE. X3

I feel kind of offended (as a Kanjani8 fan), that you are describing them as the worst singers in JE and "horrible" singers, based on one or two live performances. Kanjani8 are a great mix of voices, and they sound absolutely awesome together given half a chance. The brilliant harmonics and such are only really seen in their B-side singles, or tracks on their albums, such as Rolling Coaster, Brilliant Blue, and Mugendai. Certainly, none of the voices in K8 are any better than singers like Tegoshi (in my opinion), but that doesn't mean they automatically suck.
And in Kanjani8, are there really such thing as "non-singing members?" 0_o I know Yoko and Hina don't have THE BEST voices, but that doesn't mean they shoudln't be allowed to sing. It's quite hard to concentrate on vocal quality when you're dancing and LOLing around energetically in a bright costume.

I think Kanjani8 deserve some limelight once in a while, and I've seen people getting annoyed about this kind of thing as well. Their opinions were more like "Stupid Kanjani8, stealing Ryo, taking away possible NEWS singles...". I know you guys are a lot more neutral, and probably don't think that, but Kanjani8, like most JE groups, take a bit of getting used to. Please guys, don't write them off just yet. ^__^"

I think the Johnnys Coundown was amazing, and all the groups performed great. Personally, I think TOKIO covered KATTUN well considering the age difference, and also, the theatrics and humour of Kanjani8's performance were what you were meant to focus on, NOT the singing
I can never listen to One Love and not laught now >w<. Arashis Sukiyanen Osaka was amazingly cute as well...Oh-chans "Suki da yo!"=EPIC.

And if you don't love Kanjani8's singing, surely you love their acting? Maru and Yasu in Guests of Room 0 recently, sandwiched between Ohno and Shiges arcs got quite a bit of attention. And they actually have their own Manzai duo in real life. Which I think is just awesome And Kanjani8 all play instruments as well! Except Yokoyama You..who kind of..just plays his little bongo thingys and looks awkward

I like Nino...my sister thinks I'm weird for liking him. But then she saw him in Letters From Iwo Jima and she said he wasn't that bad... . And she's also a Matsujun fan... I like him too...just not as much as Nino
