It's been said that UFA might not want to emphasize Miki much because of her Western past. Some wotas might feel she has been "tainted" with American influence, and that undermines the "pure Yamato Nadeshiko" ideal that idols are supposed to hold and shit...

Independently of the fact that some of the members are lacking vocally at various levels, I really believe that MM'16 is very listenable as a group. Dunno, I guess I'm easy to please, as many people here would say, but I think this fandom as a whole LOVES to play the music expert, and scrutinize, rather than enjoy. Seriously, Morning Musume '16 can never catch a break with their own fans

I guess the only thing we can do is love them as long as we have them here as °C-ute, as long as that ends up being, and then...wish hthem the best of luck in their lives *shrugs* I personally do think Maimi could scrap herself a career (even if somewhat minor) in acting, Airi.....well, she's preparing herself for life post-showbiz in college, so i'd hope she would be qualified to find a job, the others, dunno..... but let's not condemn them to "husbands and weight gain", holy shit.. call me delusional all you want, but that's extreme lack of faith in their spirit
