Seven is shichi or nana, so I'd say this joke was supposed to be MI-ICHI, 31. Still, no complaints from my side

That it is, but I'm pretty sure the kanji 七 can be read as "chi-".

 

(Rikaichan does not list it but my iPhone dictionary does.)

 

Edit:  This is quite a guess actually. But looking at the 'チー' based entry for 七 on my iPhone it does point out its origins are from qi, which is the pronunciation of the kanji in Chinese. It's possible her joke was THAT slick.  

 

Or she was just taking artistic license with the pronunciation?

 

I am all but positive I heard 37, not 31.  She did say the year number flat-out and my listening is usually decent - さんじゅうなな does not sound like さんじゅういち, after all.

Yeah I posted the site which color coded it a few pages back, I don't think the person in the video credited them, but it's nice to see a change in distribution for just one song

 

I hope this color coded lyrics of Wolf Boy is right it's nice seeing Haruna and Haruka leading a song (and Riho having none) http://colorcodedlyr...musume-wolf-boy hopefully we'll see a song with Kanon and Erina having a lead even if it's just two solos each
