i totally forgot that with their promotion they wont be on ariyoshi akb anymore. definitely going to miss having ariyoshi making juri do her introduction just so that he can says, "see she is smiling but her eyes are dead" gets me every time. but that will mean 13th gen will start to make appearances.

with all of this news why would they stream the first day instead of the last...

I was going to post this tomorrow but
I couldn't.

It's complicated...
Because when people try to do new things,
some people just negate them immediately.
Remember I'm 48Group's Producer.
I do not think things such as if only AKB48 becomes better, nothing else matters.
SKE48, NMB48, HKT48 and JKT48 are all really treasured groups for me.

The reason why it's temporary is because
I can't definitely say for how long since the schedule for NMB48 Team N's Original Stage, SKE48 Team S's New Stage, AKB48 Team K's New Stage and AKB48 Team B's stage hasn't been decided yet.

From that onwards, I want them to properly experience them.
Of course, not with a schedule that would overwork them, little by little.
I also want Jurina to properly study as well.

In the future, AKB48 Members may also be sent to study in SKE48, NMB48, HKT48 and JKT48 too.

Indeed, to politely explain things is important but,
I can't explain all of it.

Jurina's heath and studies are of maximum priority. As part of SKE's Top 2, she always had a strong feeling of responsibility over SKE48 and always ended up overworking herself. In a good way, Jurina also never rests as Rena's rival either.

"As part of both SKE and AKB, what should we do when she can perform? make her rest, or make her perform?" Those were my thoughts during the meetings with the staff. To do something like make Jurina rest while the rest of SKE is working hard is also harsh. While she is resting, she can discuss things with Yuko and Itano and slowly start learning some stage songs. These are things that will make Jurina grow, as well as while SKE tries to fill for the hole left by Jurina's absence, SKE will probably also grow a lot too.

For Miyuki, she always felt a mix of a lot of insecurity and self-confidence. In the songs and garvure shootings, I always make the manager check the positions decided for all the members. She a kid that has been crying and blaming herself all this time thinking things like "Why aren't they choosing me instead?" as Yamamoto Sayaka kept getting more and more into AKB's Senbatsu. As part of NMB's Top 2, and as future center candidate, I want her to learn from Mayu and Kashiwagi's charisma to help her believe more in herself.

As Team K and Team B accept them as members, they will bring Jurina's potential to the maximum and incentive Miyuki as well.

I think this will become something good for both SKE and NMB.
If, this decision ends up being a mistake
I will resign as SKE and NMB's producer.

Of course, If it ends up being a mistake for AKB as well,
I'll resign as AKB's producer too.

Even if it means I must put my own resign for it,
I want the 48Groups to keep evolving.

I also want to talk about something else.

Since there's been a lot of doubts about "Why them?" about Jurina and Miyuki's promotion to AKB, I'll talk about it here.

It's "signs". The sign that a flower is about to bloom. The feeling of someone that could become a star.
Of course, this is just limited to as things are looking "Now, at this time" but...
There could also be "signs" in 6 months for those members that were left out in the past as well.

The harshness of this is that,
when will that flower bloom or not is not decided by seniority or by amount of effort either.
As I always say, efforts are not useless, they are the minimum needed condition.
But flowers don't bloom in an equal, fair way.

To make as many flowers as possible bloom, the way to give them light is changed, different fertilizers are chosen, the amount of water given to them is regularized as well as many other things.
Those different ways to make flowers boom is what made Iwasa Misaki become AKB's first Enka singer, and made Matsui Sakiko release a solo album.

So, what should the people those flowers still haven't bloomed to?
Gradually they'll become worried, irritated, and insecure about the ways things are given to them and the way they are being cultivated.
What kind of advice should we give to these people?
There's nothing we can say.
"Wait until your flower blooms!"
"Wait until a chance comes to you!"

To just select a few
maybe some flowers won't bloom at all but
shouldn't we give as many members as possible a chance to get out of the filed?

They might be in AKB.
But, that doesn't mean all of them will become stars.

"How should we face such a severe and harsh reality?"
It's all about that.

I, as a Producer, will do everything I can with all my own. I want make as many stars as possible.
But, I want them to know this is not the only way to become a star.

"After all, There were promoted by Akimoto-san right?"
Exactly.
That's why, even for the one whose flower still hasn't bloomed, it will bloom for sure one day.

In all serious, kuz of last night, i mentally prepared myself too much for this to shock me. Surprised, yes, but not shocked.
Since I entered this fandom, this must be the first legit graduation of a top tier member i experienced.
Yet, im not worried about AKB.
Maybe kuz i believe there are so much potential in AKB that its saturated with it.
Acchan, AKB, do ur best and never give in. Crossroads ends at some point, but looking back at the road u once walked, u feel proud of the hard work u put in to get to the point u are now.
We will move on, but she will be missed. We as fans must look over her and support her to the very end.
Shes one of my favs in the group so its hard, but I look forward to "Maeda Atsuko", not just "Acchan from AKB48"

I have received a lot of questions from everyone, regarding the "Concurrent" roles. We will let you know as soon as we work out the details and adjustments, so please bears with us.
As expected, we acknowledge that there are pros and cons.
Looks like there are a lot of people that want to talk to me in person - please come see me at the Theater CD handshake event on April 7th in the Manager Room.
I would also like to meet SKE and NMB fans to talk about this.
I have talked to the respective managers and will be going to their respective event venues, so please wait patiently.
Anyway - these sudden announcements might be shocking, but the theme for AKB48 group, known for its increasing sister units and sub-units, is "change".
The two members will bring DNA from their time in AKB48 and spread them in SKE/NMB. By the same token, SKE/NMB DNA will be brought to AKB48.
We would like to think of this as a chemical reaction.
What kind of reaction, though? I would be glad to wait with everyone and find out.

1, to be a successful actress. An actress thats independent from AKB48. She talked about this many times b4, to someday to pull her own weight in the entertainment world. To be known actress "Maeda Atsuko", not "Acchan from AKB48". There are many things for her to aim for, and to aim for them without AKB on her back will be a challenge for her to take. I look forward to her career

2, NOPE. AKB is over-saturated with talent. However, this is a big moment for other members. To use this as a chance, or stay where they are. Like a team, someone has to step up and take the new challenge. If no one does, then the team suffers. Thing about AKB48 and its sister groups, there are MANY hungry girls wanting a chance in the spotlight. Hungry for more spotlight time. Hungry to dominate the spotlight time. With that in mind, the rivalry to be at the top and not let it go, I believe in AKB's future. You wont be hearing worries from me
