Karin was insisting that her stomach had a heartbeat and getting Tomoko to feel it to confirm, but Tomoko kept saying she couldn't feel anything.

 

If I had to guess on what was going on

Explanation 1. Karin making excuses for gas

Explanation 2. The thinnest excuse possible to get close to KanaTomo

Explanation 3. Someone get this girl to a hospital

 

I'd go with #2, but either way, Karin is a goober and we love her.

There is actually a pulse point of sorts in the abdominal area, your abdominal aorta. That’s probably what she’s feeling. It runs from the heart down the center of the chest and into the abdomen. It’s normal to feel a pulse there from time to time but as with everything if it’s too often then it can be a sign of something more serious, like an aneurism.

Didn't saw that coming. Wish her the best for her solo career. Juice=Juice is full of talented people and Karin graduating will be a good time to stop focusing too much on the Karin/Tomoko/Sayuki trio. Ruru, Akari and Riai are great singers too. But it's really gonna be weird to see the girls without her.

Hopefully she get a chance to release her solo songs.

Same thoughts on JJ becoming so different without her, but we got some previews in cons, it didn't affect much. At least there are now kore opportunities for other members to sjow their skills.

Wasn't the solo tour kind of a catalyst to this announcement? I assumed she liked the fact that she got creative control over her music so she's going this way. Honestly I did expect this since she ramped up her solo activities, I was just surprised that it came so soon. I thought she'll have a year or so to grow her own solo base.

^^ I also thought the solo tour basically foreshadowed this. I'm not surprised by this at all, to be honest.

 

But it definitely is going to be interesting to see how Juice will develop after this. They've toned it down, but for the first few years J=J was the Miyamoto Karin show.

She will be staying (in upfront), while pursue solo activities. This was predictable, she spent enough time to performed solo last year. And 2020 is the starting year.

Whatever happened to girls (especially popular girls) announcing their graduation like 6 months in advance so fans can prepare

Interesting, what I am surprised is she didn't stay with H!P as a solo artist. Can't say I am surprised with the announcement. Half expected it and it's a matter of time.

UF/H!P has an inconsistent way of announcing the graduation for their members. She got a video on the announcement, but the members who graduated recently or just announced their graduation did not get them.

This shows the differential in treatment.

While dinosaurs refuse to leave groups, younger members have to leave, it hurts because I really wanted to see Juice = Juice with Karin as leader, Akari as sub leader and Nanami as center, But look what happens when you want to break the natural cycle of idol life.

If anything, Karin was the dinosaur lol. She's been in H!P for more than 10 years and wants to move on. I think it's very obvious that this was her very own decision, because she does have a great goal - a career as a soloist - fixed.

Her announcement video has been subbed, via twitter. It seems she did consider trying to balance everything she wants to do with Juice=Juice activities before concluding on graduating.

Well, even though in these recent years, Karin was shoved to the background, she kept fans from leaving J=J fandom (a good defensive tactics). I know she will have to graduate some times in the future, but if she plans to graduate this soon, H!P'd better make Ruru and Manakan rampage, while letting both Tako and Waffle-chan a chance to show their skills, ASAP.
