Morning Musume Hello! Project S/mileage blog table

Could someone please tell me how to post a table in a Blog post?

I don't me a graph I mean one of those tables where you click on a little botton to vote for blah blah blah. For Example: Who is your favourite current Morning Musume member? or Who is the cutest S/mileage member?

You scroll down the 'Add Entry' page and look for the section called 'Entry Poll', then you press the button that says 'Manage Entry Poll'. The rest is explained once you press the button. ^-^
