-The oshiri sisters pose was created during a photoshoot. Everyone had was wearing short pants but Yukirin's pants were so short you could see a bit of her butt when she bent. They leaned on a wall and Yuki's butt got dirty. Yuko and Mayu made fun of her and the hand sign was born.
-They later discovered each other's nice butts.

Because they are the Butt Sisters.
In a stage MC, Mayuyu kept doing that and go "oshiri" over and over out of the blue, all randomly.
Mayuyu have also let other members touch her butt during photoshoots etc.
Mayuyu is Shiriri.
Yuko is Oshiriko.

Such crazy invention that only Yuko and Mayuyu can pull off... 
It's so popular now that it could develop into a language, cult, or... hell, a religion!!
