The prelims are tomorrow? I couldn't afford tickets this year but wish Shimada Haruka and Nakamura Mariko get to rank! I watched their tragically compelling documentary and got riled up.

According to Billboard Japan, AKB48 sold 2.3M+ copies of their new single on the 1st day. I guess Sayonara Crawl with 1.96M total sales is now destroyed :)

SNH48's contract cancelled, and expelled from everything official 48. Two other Chinese 48 groups were made without authorization from Japan.

That's why it felt weird why they announce BEJ48 and GZH48 when AKS didn't do it. Why the heck did they just react now? It felt like all of this SNH48 deal is now like a stab-in-the-back the way I see it.

SNH started doing its own thing without the approval of AKS. They bought a license to run SNH48 under the terms agreed upon in the contract. That means doing it according to AKS' vision. And BEJ and GNZ were made by SNH not AKS, and that's why this happened. A violation of contract signed. There's no XXXYY group outside of Akimoto. SNH have done what so many Chinese companies do: Create counterfeit copies.

What is it with such a huge number of Indonesian 48G fans acting like god damn idiots as well as being spammers? Zero understanding of netiquette and basic human interaction. It's unbelievable...

For what it's worth, none of the names above comes from this forum, as I would never divulge such a thing if it wasn't already public information. The names above were the names used on public accounts on SHOWROOM. Users who were all spamming nonstop for hours.

It is a shame that it is like this. Luckily a few Indonesian fans are now defending her, but she is one of those people with way more haters than fans now. If you don't like someone why waste time hating them when you can focus on the ones you like instead? And if you are causing a mess even while liking a group then you are destroying an experience for other fans. I have one word for how it all feels: unnecessary.
