That's Niigaki. Hair is longer, bangs are similar, and (this may sound weird) but her eyelashes look like gakis. xD She has long eyelashes compared to the way Takahashi styles. And the mouth and cheek bone.
Not to mention her head is small.

^ I had the same idea after looking at Michiko's link, but what if the pictures weren't taken during the same concert? Maybe Ai-chan doesn't always wear the glove. I'm afraid the "if the glove doesn't fit..." reasoning may not apply in this case! LOL

People, serioulsy, stop it, you're putting your Ai and Risa fanship to shame! It's Ai, can't you recognize her? Look at her hands, how her fingers curve, only Ai has hands like that. And look at the thigh, Risa has much thinner thighs nowadays, her muscles don't have that shape.
EDIT: @ glasseyelashes: I was not doubting ppl's fandom, I was saying this in a "lol" manner, maybe I should have added some emote (like this XD or this ^_^). Anyway, I just said this because some ppl were "sooo sure" that it was Risa, no doubts, that I just wanted to prevent them from getting embarrassed if they had continued. Who am I to doubt ppl's fandom anyway?

That's definitely Aichan. It has been confirmed by a fan who went to the concert. Apparently, it was taken at the end of the Kioku no Meiro performance. I never doubted that it was her. (But I guess that's what happens when you spend most of your time looking at her pictures and analyzing her physical features down to the last detail, lol.)
