OMG!!! What in the world is she wearing??? GEEEZ, UFA, I swear!!!! Fire your designers. It looks like she's wearing a big blue plastic dress!!! Or maybe that's their plan, to make the girls cuteness shine even more over ugly clothing..............GAH!! That dress is just horrible. I'm so sorry Chisato that you have to wear that!!

It may look like a big blue garbage bag now, but wait until you see it under the flashing lights during a live show. Then it looks like a magical sparkly blue garbage bag!

no no Saint-Zefi......didn't you know that this is now the new winning design from Project Runway? They're coming out with the magical sparkly blue garbage bags!!! UFA only invested in blue, but there will soon be a plethora of rainbow colors to choose from!!!! (turns sarcasm off)

I never comment on pictures... but dear god. What an awful piece of crap; seriously, this is exactly the kind of thing I see everyday and wonder who the hell was in charge of this and why weren't they fired? Poor Chisa. I was looking for an awesome Chisa pic to use as a new profile pic on facebook, and this is what I get.
