Yes, that's the way it should be. But two are behind the front line. Seem like Risako and Captain to me, but I'm not sure.

it saddens me that all H!P concert stages keep getting smaller and smaller.
i like the ones that have the walkways all through the groud and such^^

The stages are probably smaller so that the girls don't have to do so much running around while performing. Conservation of energy so that they don't get so tired.
