*Sigh* This is really, really depressing. I knew a graduation was coming, but I was hoping it would be Ai and Gaki. Not because I don't love them, but because they are the ones seriously ready to continue their careers elsewhere, and I feel Momusu is kind of holding them down.
It's really upsetting that LinLin and Junster are leaving. Kamei I can understand, I want her to be healthy, but Linlin and JunJun have barely been given anything in Momusu. My friend pointed this out months ago and I hoped it wasn't true but... "Tsunku will NEVER let JunJun and LinLIn be sempais to Japanese girls. It will never happen. They were a novelty to push Morning Musume into the Chinese market, they aren't going to be around long."

But Junjun and Linlin loves being in MM! >< And ok, I can confess that their singing abilities are limited but they are not the first in H!P with that. Pretty much everyone have singing flaws, and they are IDOLS not 100%SINGERS.

Ah, come on. It's not so bad. This is always how Momusu has been and isn't any different. If you're talking about Momusu falling and Tsunku being stupid, this is exactly how it used to be back in the golden era - we need more auditions, more great new personalities to come through so that when important members like Eri graduate, there's a whole plethora of other girls to fall back on.
So I say, as sad as these graduations are, let's just wait until the 9th generation auditions are over. This could be vital to Momusu's revitalisation, plus there's going to be loads of focus on Momusu now that such shocking news has occurred.
I will miss all three girls dearly though ;~; I love all members but these three in particular were some of my absolute favourites, I'm so surprised at this.

I agree with Koushin about this. This is how it always was. Imagine how it was when Nacchi or Gottsan graduated. Those were some heavy hitting graduations. Momusu will live on, and they might even get the next "big" member (think Reina/Gottsan/Yaguchi-level) member in the next gen. I think it's sad they're graduating, but at the same time I'm optimistic about the future.

Morning Musume is seriously on life support. If Gaki and Sayu were to graduate, I'd stop supporting them. Their only hope now is 9th Generation but I see Tsunku ###### that up, too.

@chaichabeela that actually makes a lot of sense...ur senpai theory... i'm a little irritated by it though. LinLin has one of the strongest voices in the group and she's never been given the chance to be center spot. JunJun and LinLin were my favorites in the group. If ANYONE'S "ready to stand on their own two feet" it would be Reina and Ai-chan. I really do like them, but I'm tired of see them all over every single. They can be great by themselves, they don't need MM anymore. With Kamei, i think she really has grown since she joined and I think if she tried to be something after her condition heals, she would do really well. I congratulate her on her graduation. Junjun and Linlin, though, are not ready to go and i am not happy about this.

At least during the announcement Tsunku said that the 9th gen girls who audition need to step it up and have high quality auditions and personalities. Maybe he's doing his version of a cosmic MoMusu reset: Ai - Nacchi; Gaki - Ishiguro; Reina - Yuko; Sayu - Kaori; Aika - Asuka.

With JunJun and LinLin leaving MM there is nothing of value in that group anymore for me.
The others all degenerated to generic idols and some are even extremely annoying, like sayumi.
Goodbye MM, it was nice the last few years, but like so many in the past ~3 years, this is probably the point where I have to say "I don't really care anymore".
It's even a stupider decision throwing out the pandas (Eri has a bad health condition, it's ok if she has to leave because of that) since now it seems like they really had a good group dynamic.
It would have been better if Eri left and they would have just imported Kikkawa Yuu + 1 person from the audition.

Oh God, this can't be happening, my two favorites, Linlin and Eri, leaving... and Junjun too... tears came to my eyes... this is shocking... poor Eririn, I didn't know about her condition, I understand why she's graduating, and I want her to be healthy. But why Linlin and Junjun? Completely unnecessary! They never got their time to really shine in Momusu and now Tsunku-san is graduating them? Linlin's talented voice just went to waste! And Junjun had so much potential too! They were probably the best two personalities in current Momusu! About promoting their careers in China, I don't think it's a good decision, since UFA can't promote their idols well in their own country!
All of this has been very shocking and saddening for me, but even when something like this happens, I won't leave H!P.

when i first started following momosu in 2009 all i could think about this group was......wow that girl (kamei) can dance!!.....wooow she (linlin) has an awesome voice.......dayum she (junjun) is hoot.....after they graduate i dont know if momosu will ever be even decent hopefully tsunku chooses people who are funny yet talented to keep some livelyness in this group

About Eri I can understand her graduation, but about Junjun and Linlin I can only think that Tsunku regretted on his decision to put the pandas and he saw that they don't have a great appeal among the Japanese fans and they don't give much money to momusu like the other members, so he decided to graduate them.
For me his announcement about Junjun and Linlin it's a lot of blah blah blah
Surely they don't want to graduate, but he is the boss, they have no choice and we stay here sad for the graduation of great members

:( Although the news is very sad, And I love all three of them and don't want them to go.. I think it will be nice to see a new face / faces in Musume. Hopefully it can bring a new look and fresh feeling to Musume.
Anyways, Back to Eri, Jun, and Lin. I hope all goes well with them! Kamei please get better ): and I'd love to see Linlin with a Chinese Singing career. I wonder what Junjun will do?

Really sad for JJ and LL. He brought them to Japan, had them learn Japanese, but once it looks like the China thing isn't working out, just sends them back to China and says goodbye? At least Kamei's graduation was her own choice. Being forced to leave is just too sad.
And I wonder if he is only looking for one girl out of the audition because he plans to add some eggs in 9th gen? I hope so!

Sad day. :( I've been expecting a graduation for awhile (I think most of us have) but three at once? That's too much. Like others have said, I understand Eri's leaving because of her skin condition, but I feel like Tsunku just kind of kicked Junjun and Linlin out. I'll miss them all, they had some of the most interesting personalities. :( Hopefully we'll be able to follow Jun and Lin's future careers in China. Maybe something positive will come out of this, and in China they'll have more popularity than they ever had in Momusu! And the new member(s) better be good. They have some big shoes to fill.
