I have an important question, is there somebody here who had a problem receiving their concert ticket?
A japanese friend of mine paid, and they took the money from his bank account, but he never received the concert ticket (checked everything in his mailbox, also he used the right e-mail address).
I'm asking this because as they take too long to reply - or will probably never will; I wanna know if somebody solved this problem already?
(Nevermind about the leftovers tickets, it's not sold out on FNAC)

I wonder if we're going to hear anything about the goodie bags before the Expo starts or if we're going to hear it there.
All of the premium tickets owner just received this mail :

1/ I don't suppose you know what happens if you want to try for the draw first but fail? Are you still allowed to apply for first come first serve, or will the system refuse to let you apply since you'd already applied for a signing with the same artist?
2/ You have to queue outside? Where did you hear that? I assumed you would be able to queue for the concert inside the expo. Japan Expo tickets don't allow you to re-enter once you leave, so if this is the case and you want to go to the handshake event, you wouldn't be able to enter the expo, queue for the concert and then go back inside for the handshake event without buying an additional day ticket.
In any case, I'll almost definitely be bringing along unofficial line tickets so that people can leave for the handshake and return to their place in the queue.
1/ You're still allowed, since you didn't get your ticket. You're only allowed to get one sign per artist during the whole convention, so as Eripon said above, if you win the first come first sign or the draw, you're not allowed to apply for the other signing session (this is how their new system works, to allow more people to have signs). However, if you didn't get it, you can try for the other. The signing session you try to apply for at first doesn't matter, even though I'd prefer to start by the first come first served.
2/ There are two entrances for the Japan Expo Hall, and usually people have to queue in front of the external entrance. There's a free bus taking you from the expo to this exact entrance (Navette Japan Expo).
Technically, it's either you wait for the handshake and you go directly to the concert, either you miss the handshake and and you try having a good spot in the queue.
About your "line tickets", I don't really think it's a bad idea, but you must know that most people think : if you're gone, your spot is lost.
Also, people, know that there is absolutely NOTHING around this "concert" hall; nothing. So bring a water bottle as it should be as hot as last year (and it was unbearable), but don't think about peeing because there is no toilet. Think about your food (with sugar, mostly), and take something to protect your head.
