i got mine from a stationary store near my house. but my transparent color paper is abit more on the transparent side rather than the color, so on top of that, i had to use a color paper to cover the top of the torch.

btw, if you are just using the tranparent color paper, make sure you black tape the top of the tube also if not the light will just pass through the top.

no need to use expensive ones. got mine from value dollar shop. only costs $1.05
