Manowar may be bad.... but Van Canto's cover of "Kings of Metal" is great, and I recommend checking it out.

For anyone who doesn't know Van Canto, they're an a capella metal band o.o;

One of my most memorable embarrassing moments happened when I was 18 (only a year ago ). There was this girl I like, and I was 90% sure she liked me too, so I figured, hey, why not, I'll ask her out. But, in the past I've always been too shy to just out-right ask, or to ask in person. So, I decided that this time, since I really like her, I'll do it in person. So, I went over to her house, her father's, not her mom's, as that's where she was at the time (parents divorced), and asked her out, told her how I felt, yadda yadda... Well, turns out she said no. Woohoo! So, there I am, standing at her doorstep, looking like a fool and totally embarrassed.

So, she gets talking to me about it, like a year later, and says that she said no because her dad was somewhere nearby, and if i had've asked her out at her mom's, she'd have said yes.... But of course, she couldn't tell me this back then, when we weren't all headed out for college/university...

So yeah, shot down on her doorstep, even though she wanted to say yes. How's that for embarrassing? -.-;

I've been listening to this non-stop ever since watching the second season of Gundam 00 lol

Also, Yuna Ito - BREEEEEZIN!!!!!!! is addictive.

My fave one is The Wolf is Loose and Capillarian Crest.

The Wolf is Loose has an amazing drum intro. My favourites off the album are probably This Mortal Soil and hm.... Colony of Birchmen
