I've seen a couple episodes of this, but I do think that the japanese version is better.

Yeah, the Japanese version had a more grown up feel to it. This one is really cute and comedic. I love Ella's facial expressions specially when she gets nervous. My favorite scenes were between her and the long haired doctor. Hilarious the way he was always acting annoyed but he would always be there to help her!
In the Japanese one, my favorite actor was the one playing the leader of the Art Squad! lol very talented
