No, they mostly sang together in this song. This is the uniqueness of W, sometime it's hard to tell apart their voice

I think she is just adorable full stop. She is just one of those people. Even though I don't speak Japanese watching her on tv you can feel her personality.

And yes I guess behind the scenes there are feelings we are not aware of. Fame must take its toll and she probably didn't get to do what everyday Japanese girls do. Because of rehearsing , recording , touring.
