Actually, that's true. In the U.S., they tend to overinflate the implants for more projection and firmness, to make up for sagging caused by age or pregnancy. In Japan, they tend to underinflate the implants for a softer appearance, because Asian women have so little body fat (on average) to begin with.

I had no idea Japan did breast augmentations differently. But yes you are right about people not wanting to admit their idol would not get a little work done to improve their appearance.
