I was glad to hear about the one with Maasa and Rii. But in particular, the thought of Saki and Rii finally meeting each other again makes me so happy!

Sounds like a possibility! I mean what was she doing at the "office"? I'm sure she meant the H!P office? That would be great if Risako (or berryz) is making a comeback! I'd definitely like to hear her sing again. And I hope its not to just mentor the younger generation kids.

I love Rii and yet I have never seen her as beautiful as in this picture so pure and innocent I love it There are many more on the pic board, but this one was a favorite!

I totally agree with you. I don't think I've seen her this beautiful before either...it almost doesn't look like her. But that's definitely her alluring eyes along with a beauty that seems more mature now.

Wow! I haven't been keeping track of what's been happening but its nice to hear she's back in the public eye again! Having the style book is nice but I wish she would come back to singing. Wouldn't that be great? She could have Maro write the lyrics and have Tsunku with the music...

Commenting on the last picture, she still looks great! She kinda does look like the Risako of many years back - with a tad more sophisticated look to her.

To tell you the truth I am all not too surprised. I think its a combination of a lot of things. It might not be a rift between her and the members, but I think it is a little bit about growing apart, and really "taking a break" or clean break from the entertainment world. During their time in Berryz most of them had their other friends outside of work too so its not like they were all inseparable.

But you never know - maybe there was some kind of discord there that we didn't know about!

"Something else to do", that's the worst excuse, seriously!

 

I agree. In Japanese society, if one is asked to go on a "date" or "outing", and they don't want to go, all they have to say is "I have an errand to do" or " I have something to do". The subject is dropped and no further explanation is given. I do hope that she did have a good explanation though. You would think she would want to be there for a mini reunion at such a special time.
