What do you guys think? Could Riho/Mizuki make a good 2nd W? Yes or no?

no way .-. I think that problably is too early for know about their friendship so I don't think so... (and secondly: I'm a huge fan of mizuki, I don't like riho so I really hope that they won't do a unit like W did)... another couple like airi/risako that are best friends could be but I think that there aren't other possibilities to re-see a 'new' W...

Which Utaban in 2001? There were a few,. And you kinda contradicted yourself saying Nakazawa could not have been in touch with her in 2001 and then saying she said after she left she got in touch with ex members. She left in early 2001 so she could very well have been in touch in 2001 by your own theory. Personally it wouldn't suprise me if the only one who contacted her when she left was Nakazawa. Yuko seems to care a lot about Morning Musume and anyone who;s ever been a member. Going as far as giving advice to current members even after she left and always attending everyones graduation.

And going by what Asuka said about the bullying and by the rumours it seems some members were happy that she left. Back in those days behind the on screen characters there were a lot of egos and bitchyness.

I don't remember the episode (I'll search), by the way (listen carefully) I said that she wasn't in touch with her before her departure in momusu in 2001 but I said that problably AFTER her departure could be in touch with her, not before... what's wrong with this? 2001 had 12 months you know? she graduated in april but COULD be in touch with her some months after the graduation... I don't think that the day after her graduation she called asuka for meet her... isn't it? could be later but surely not before (cuz, although she loves momusu, she wasn't friend with anyone when she was a part of the group) she could try to meet asuka (like she did with ayappe or sayaka etc.) but after... is the only thing that I'm saying... nothing to contradict

They brought out 1st gen and were talking about the members that were gone and when asked if they still keep in touch with Asuka, Kaori said, "One in a while...", Nacchi just kind of glanced at her.


Either way, there's no way to really know who's kept in touch with her and who hasn't.

I can't remember where but she said in an interview that Nakazawa was the only member who didn't pick on her. I also seem to recall her saying Nakazawa was the only member she stayed in touch with for a time after leaving.

well... in 2001 at Utaban I remember that kaorin and marippe said that they were the only members to stay in touch with her at that time (dunno if Ayappe or Kaa-san was in touch with her cuz they were already graduated) but surely in 2001 nakazawa wasn't in touch with her, I'm sure about it... problably later... I know that nakazawa said that in her period with the members she wasn't in touch with nobody but after leaving the group she was in touch with a lot of members, especially the olders (ayappe - sayaka etc.) so could be also with asuka but surely after leaving the group

Kinda ironic how her song was Never Forget but it seems that we have forgotten all about her here.

Anyway Happy Birthday Asuka! Hope she's doing well. I wonder what she's up to.

by the way, surely the reason wasn't her education school but there were a lot:
1. the first 2-3 years in momusu were REALLY HARD, asukacchiii was lucky to live in Tokyo with her family but was so hard to handle an idol live at her age
2. wasn't her desire, she wasn't to be in a group, she wanted to sing alone, no with a group, problably she would like to stay in michiyo's place for a year than a momusu's member for a day in the golden era, she doesn't like to stay in a group

why she didn't a return
1. she wasn't to be recognized with momusu's member (1st generation member every year doin' a meet all together, asukacchiii don't want to be mentioned, when nakazawa spoke about that she speak about ayappe but seldom about asukacchiii)
2. she was disappointed about showbiz, her passion is to sing (she did for ALL THESE YEARS the vocal coach, and also work in her bar) but she doesn't like the showbiz, cuz japanese showbiz gave her more than once a chance to return in showbiz but she doesn't want.

as for the rumour, now I'm used to be one of the 2-3 fans in the world that are still asukacchiii's fans, I don't wanna be one of the million I respect her decision to leave showbiz and at first I thought that the article was just a desire, from someone, that she would come in showbiz again, she didn't want it (like gottsuan, she tried it but she doesn't like it, has just the passion for sing) and I'm sad everytime that I think about it but what should we do? Isn't so strange that after more than a decade she came back, it isn't strange, but is surely that she doesn't want to do it.

Hironically speakin' (reading old comments) I'll never forget her. Since I've discovered H!P she was my fav. H!P member and (after some years) she's still my fav. member.

They had tried to China and it doesn't work well (for racism reasons or other things the pandas and the group ice cream musume didn't sell so well as tsunku hoped) so my countries are: Singapore -> Taiwan -> Thailand -> Philliphines -> Australia... than USA and than europe... I don't think in which country there're a lot of really H!P fans, I live in Italy and, sorry for who believe that, but there aren't such a lot of really fans for do concerts and other stuffs... I'd really like but I don't think that would be a good thing... I knew that there' a lot of fans in Spain... probally that country (or france) could be the first and the second step to europe...
