60.. jeez XD  It takes incredibly long to level up once you get to mid 40s, so he must be either spending stones or giving his avatar the MVP bonus all the time (or both).  Me, I just want to level up my new SR and SSR cards, not gonna waste time on leveling up the avatar faster.  There was like a few week span where all I did was login too, as I got bored of playing the game and most of my good cards were max leveled.

Speaking of friends, if anyone wants to add me, my ID is 880008430, name Yuri.  Would like some friends of the English-speaking variety ^^;

^ sorry to ask but what is your level? Your original idol's level?
I also got the Risako SR from brainstorming easy! But I'm SO dissapointed that she is Positive Heart. UGH!

My avatar's level 49, what makes you ask? And yeah, it sucks that it's Positive Heart, but I expected no better from a card that doesn't need payment to acquire. Since you can obtain multiples, I'm gonna try to get six to limit break one fully, then she'll be pretty useful, or at least moreso than your average SR.

^As far as I can tell, your live partner choice only affects your total Fan points (aka live HP), in other words pretty useless unless you're awful at the game, haha.  Though I do choose SSR partners now when farming Brainstorming on Easy, as it lets me hit just 9 notes and then go do something else for the rest of the song and still pass with SS rank.

Speaking of Brainstorming on Easy, I just acquired the Valentine SR from it, so it's good to know it'll drop from that song and difficulty.  I'll probably keep farming it until I have enough to limit break her fully.

Does anyone know what the unit skill Burning Heart that came with a black shirt named ブラックキャミソール (Black Camisole) does?

It's your avatar's unique Unit Skill, but it's only useful at this point for bumping up your overall Unit Skill level.  If you were somehow able to make it the overall unit's skill, it would not be of benefit as its bonus is much weaker than even the N-level group-centric Unit Skills.

By the way, for those who can't really compete for top-level rankings, they'll be giving an SR Meimi to each rank that's a multiple of 500 (ie. 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 etc.) up to 10000th.  This includes the overall and the two single song rankings.  So at least try to aim for one of those if nothing else  :)

Right now, at this moment when I cheked the rankings, only to positions 1 to 10 there are one self-avatar (53/75 10), 1 R (45/55 10 10), 3 SR (50/50 15 15, 33/50 15 15, 50/50 15 15) and 5 SSR (48/60 10 10, 30/60 10 10, 5/60 10 10, 36/60 15 15, 51/60 12 11) [xx/xx stands for level card and the other for appeal and skill] so assuming this I believe they have to have all (or majority) of SR and SSR because I don't have any SR or SSR and my unit is all formed by my highest R (+my avatar),  they all have their skills and appeals both at 15, matching to the partners to the double red circle and I'm around position number 400.. I believe it gaves more points hitting a note with a rarer card (SR and SSR) than hitting all notes perfectly (that also helps you to get better scores, of course, but comparing a note hitten with a N card to a R card, the R card scores better, so SR will be better and SSR more better. Sorry it reached a point I don't know how to explain it XD

It all comes down to the Appeal stat of a given card, aka the first of the two numbers seen on a card's stats page under the EXP bar.  SRs and SSRs not only start with more base Appeal at level 1, but gain more per level than lower rarity cards.  Appeal is the base score given by one note tap in that card's position, and that's before score multipliers are applied, so that's why someone with a poor combo but with SR/SSR cards can beat one with a full combo and just Rs.  And for the highest ranks, having high-leveled SR/SSR cards, maxed out skill levels, optimum unit positioning and playing well are all crucial.  I ended 77th in the first round of the event, and it took constant improving of my scores to make sure I stayed up there; I think I had no more than 20 Greats on any given song's best score, and some with no Greats at all.

By the way, has anyone tried to level the skill level of limit broken cards?  I had a theory that maybe now, only limit broken cards can go past skill level 10, but don't have a card to try it out on (I may do so later once I get more SR Meimis)
