On the topic of Downtown/Speed, wasn't Hiro going out with Matsumoto at one time? Or was that just a rumour?

I think Zoe has answered that question here:

Matsumoto and Hiro were dating from 2004~at least the beginning of this year. There have been rumors that he's with somebody else now, but nothing concrete.

2008: The Return of SPEED

On 5 August 2008, the 12th Anniversary of Speed, the digital download for all their songs started.^[10] On 19 August, a breaking news of Speed attending 24 Hour Television on 30 and 31 August.^[11] After 4years 8months, a 3rd public reunion was confirmed. However, nothing was confirm as to a temporary of permanent reunion. On 31 August 2008, Speed again appeared together on 24 Hour Television for the purpose of raising awareness. They performed a medley of White Love, Steady, All My True Love, Alive & Body & Soul. It has been 9 years since they last hosted 24 Hour Television on 1999. After the appearance, Speed's management company received many calls & respone on whether Speed will reform or go on hiatus again.

On 23rd September, an official statement was made on Speed management company that they will be back officially and permanently, and also a new single was announced to be release on 12th November 2008 titled Ashita no Sora (あしたの空, Ashita no Sora^?) (Sky of Tomorrow).^[12] This single is set once again to be produce by their long time producer Hiromasa Ijichi. This is Speed's 15th Single and also their first single in five years. This will be Speed first single to have two version, CD-only & CD+DVD. It will be the theme song to drama "OL Nippon".

Are you referring to the part after Matsumoto hits Hitoe? Hamada is siding with the crowd and Speed, saying that Matsumoto is being cruel (which Hamada is obviously doing to make Matsumoto look bad since Hamada is usually the one who hits the guests). Matsumoto then complains "You're still doing that? After Morning Musume you're still doing that?" I'm guessing Morning Musume was on the show earlier or recently and Hamada pulled the same stunt then. @faraithi Precious Time was one of my favourite SPEED songs once. It still is, but I don't like it as much as I used to.

I think I'm gonna watch the Dome Tour later. Though I think I might need to get to know album songs better first.

What is your favourite SPEED PV? I really like what they wear in Go! Go! Heaven, but the Body & Soul PV looks awesome too. It's a tie for those 2, I can't choose one But I also like what they wear in Precious Time.

Oh crap, I totally forgot about this, and I have that without knowing it before.
It has my favorite song: Walking In the Rain, which is insane im sure to most of you because thats the last single they put out until Ashita No Sora, and i bet we can all agree their older stuff is their best stuff.
