well if u haven't noticed this is [Lunar] Suzuka, hmm seems to bear a resemblance to [Lunar] Bleach, which IMHO is an amazing anime so i checked it out and i loved it, because it's also my kind of anime. i like action stuff yeah but i also like to lean back and watch a few romances every once in awhile like Kimi ga, or Love Hina, or Chobits or Mahoromatic or Onegai teacher (yeah i've watched a bit), so just seeing if anyone else seen this anime, whatcha think of it or anything like that

I didnt really enjoy the anime ... maybe its because i read in the comic already
so i too lazy to see the "same" thing in the anime.

I've watched this anime. It was really good(sports and romances ).Thats my kind of anime too, allthose love scenes just make my heart beat faster and that sport competition makes me feel so excited. I think that they should make some more eps or second series, it would be great.

i guess you are right but they also have to be careful not to ruin a good thing. oh well watching it i remembered how i was confused all the time with the strange things happening, characters changing their minds all the time and stuff but nonetheless great scenes to watch

yeah, but the creators don't care and they make it a good thing since she nabs the girl in the end (yeah it's a spoiler but Suzuka's a romance anime of COURSE the guy's getting the girl in the end)
reminds me of Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien (#1 on animenfo top 200), takayuki (lol makes me think of food hearing that name) is like...bad at life...he frets over his g/f going into a coma then to relieve his stress goes out with her best friend, now i don't claim to be relationship master but...that seems wrong neh? (off topic my ranting is done)

Well if you read the manga the stories still carries on and suzuka and akitsuki relationship will still have room for some problems

kimi ga nozumu eien is prelly the most depress anime ive ever watched. the guy is sorta loser too. but she gets to bang 2-3 diff girls so lucky him!!

*Sigh*...took me a while to find this thread given it's title...man, it's Suzuka and not Sukuza...PLEEEEASE CORRECT IT!!

Anyway, I'm currently up to Chap 148 of manga and finished the anime series, now hoping for a second season! Other than that, my favourite character's Sakurai Honoka

My views of this anime/manga series...(WARNING: plz don't read until you have at least reached chapter 72 of the manga and/or watched ep 19 of the anime!!)...

Yamato's a sheer idiot for choosing a metally-distorted Suzuka over a perfect Honoka and I still can't get over it!!!

Yamato would end up with Suzuka one way or another. I just didn't feel any real connection or spark between Yamato and Honoka. But I think that Yamato and Suzuka being together is more natural. When he was with Honoka, everything he did lacked feeling, and it felt like he was with her just because Suzuka rejected him. And then Suzuka got all jealous and yeah.. So all's well in the end.

I should really read the manga, I've only finished the anime.

Yeah~ honoka seems a more natural choice too since Honoka was pretty and sweet to yamato.

Yamato was gradually ridding his feelings for Suzuka until Honoka dumped him ; the series is named "Suzuka" afterall hence this sort of ending Oh well, it's just an anime anyway, so I'm not too agitated about it...although I still get quite steamed up whenever my friends bring it up
