Full MV



I wish Chiichan got a special part in the mv at least. She's one of the most popular members and she barely got anything for her last single. If you can't give her solo, at least do something in the MV.

Rio hugging Erina and having her big line with Mizuki, Sakura and Miki was great, though.

It's probably the song Tsunku was proud of based on what he said.

So far, I prefer the Chu Chu song. The video for Dai Jinsei is nice, breezy, and I like it, but the song is not up to par. And it was true, Reina got a solo... again in the second part! > But thankfully Akane had a solo in the first part! ♥ Like all their songs in the last few years, this seems to be a grower, so I am expecting to go crazy for this one soon enough.

I really like the new mv and the fact 15ki got lines.

This single got to be my least favourite MM single in a while. "Chu x3.." is plain un-listenable and "Jinsei..." is pure bland.

The only positive thing out of it is the girls look great in the music videos and the single covers.

 

Sad that Chisaki got such a piss-poor graduation single. I am sure they will give her a digital solo cover single at the very least.

Neither song is amazing and the MVs are also pretty unremarkable, though Dai Jinsei has a really nice summer breeziness to it that I like. And the girls themselves are looking amazing and exuding so much personality, it was great getting to see a few of them get more lines than usual in Dai Jinsei. If only this lineup wasn't being underserved with such bland, uninteresting songs... this really feels like the MM era with the least sense of identity.

I've had Jinsei stuck in my head for the past day or so. I didn't like it at first when hearing it love, but it's grown on me. With the music video, it reminds me of early MM which sooths my soul.
Chuu gets stuck in my head too, but I find it more annoying than anything.

The girls performed on utacon without Maria and Mei. Maria's line in Dai Jinsei Never Been Better went to Kaedi and Mei's to Homare.

We also know who got Maachan's 2 short lines in Love Machine went to Homare and Mei. I assume Chiichan's line will be for Rio so everyone is represented in the song.

Store campaigns.

 

The following stores will display outfits from Sato Masaki's graduation concert from 6/7 - 6/13.

- Tower Records Shibuya Store (Fukumura Mizuki, Oda Sakura, Makino Maria)

- Tower Records Shinjuku Store (Morito Chisaki)

- Tower Records Sendai Parco Store (Ishida Ayumi)

 

Customers who buy the single at Tower Records or Joshin Nihonba between 6/7 - 6/13 will recieve a special receipt with a message from Chisaki printed on it.

 

From 6/7 - 6/13 Tower Records Shibuya will have a jacket photo and artist photo display on the first floor, and the escalator wall going up will have a collaboration poster featring artist photos.

 

From 6/7 - 6/20 Tower Records Shinjuku will have artist photos and an extra lage group display.

 

Between 6/7 - 6/13 Tower Records Sendai PARCO will feature large display panels behind registers, artist photo panels, and a special tapestry commemorating the new single at the down escalator gate - available to the public as a photo spot. They will also have a life size 3-shot photo panel featuring Ishida Ayumi and Morito Chisaki, and message notebooks (one for the group, one for Chisaki).

 

From 6/7 - 6/13 Tower Records Sapporo Pivo will show artist photo panels at the CD corner.

 

HMV Sapporo Stellar Place will display Yamazaki Mei's comments and show video messages in the store between 6/7 - 6/13.

 

Todobashi Camera Multimedia Sapporo will display posters and promotional video of the group/new single, from 6/7 - 6/13.

 

Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Utsunomiya in Tochigi will display Morito Chisaki's comments and video messages, 6/7 - 6/13.

 

Joshin Nihonbashi will display artist photo panels in the CD corner.

Jinsei Never Been Better sounds refreshing, not too special, but the MV is nice. I don't like Chu chu chu Bokura no Mirai Dai too much.

 

I don't know if you guys have the same thoughts as mine, but it seems like when Tsunku decides to be more serious with MM, MM's songs become much better, even though they're not up to the level I expect. There are some songs that I don't like, but Junjou Evidence, Kokoro & Karada, Seishun Night and A Gonna are nothing compared to Jinsei Never Been Better or Teenage Solution. If this keeps up, I may become more interested in the group than before.
