Rei=Rei did really well and she fits right into Juice! I’m surprised they’re not having her do more of the adlibs/fakes since she’s capable — I don’t think Ruru should be getting most of them when she seems to be struggling a little already.

Does anyone know if the newer Juice members have Sugai-sensei as their vocal coach (Manaka, Riai, Yume)? I could have swore there was footage of him working with Ruru and Yanamin when they first joined, but I wasn’t sure about the post-second gen members. I know Kobushi worked with him as well so I know Rei has/is working with him.

Just watched the Morning Musume premium. God, how I wish Risa is still there when J=J and Tsubaki Factory sing "As For One Day". I thought her vocal tone would have suit the song alot more than some of the girls.

I was a bit dissapointed by the MM Premium. I wish they performed some of the songs from their new album outside of Renai Destiny.

Chii has never been a great singer but lately... sorry, i´m Chii fan and i love her but her voice sounds really really bad now.

Oh goodness. My vocal chords hurt hearing that. I hope she gets an opportunity to let her vocal chords rest and that they find some way to let her sing that doesn't strain her so much and I hope H!P does more to help the girls preserve their voices. Though, there is only so much you can do when they're belting as much as they do in H!P. :/

That's probably why she's not getting any lines right now even if she got a big push when she joined. I don't think they're just focusing on good singers, i think they want to let her rest her voice as much as possible and it wouldn't be possible if she got too much in new singles. I just hope she's not gonna be forced to graduate because she's one of the best addition to the group

They can always go the Haachin route and give Chisaki some speaking lines. I would think those wouldn't hurt her voice further.

Reminds me of Mai from C-ute who also went through a very terrible phase with her voice. I guess Chisaki wasn't taught on how to sing properly, plus her concurrency must have taken a toll on her voice.

Funakki also suffers from that previously.
