Yes, it is necessary. Both events are part of C-ute's Cutie Circuit tour so they're both related. In fact when both videos were uploaded earlier the video announcing the event in Mexico was uploaded first. Not only that the event in Mexico is happening before the event in Paris from April 13 to April 14th:

It's up to you, but all you have to do is update the first post and the title slightly to include the details for the first event on this part of the Cutie Circuit tour. No need to start a new thread when both events are basically linked together

Also, in the details for the fan meeting on the 17th it says "Q&A, lottery, high touch". What exactly is a high touch? lol

My guess is that they mean a high five/handshake event?

 

I've seen "High touches" done a lot with Kpop groups. Basically the members stand in a line and the fans file past them and get a high five. It's very quick and you don't get a chance to speak to them or anything, it's just "bam bam bam bam now you're done". There's usually a staff member pushing you along to make sure you keep moving and don't linger.

I got Premium Tickets too. Does anyone know how long the Fan Meeting will go (circa), the 2nd day? I need to see when I can go back home, and if I would be able to work at Tuesday lol
