oh wow ... I hope they do participate .. it would be interesting to see any or hopefully at least one or a few get a place ..
it would create this heroine effect or "destiny" effect which would give the lucky girl(s) a huge push to future greatness ..
It should push the single sales for this single pass 2 million ..

^I hope so too, but the chances of it happening are close to 0 (or heck, -5). Most, if not all of the girls in Team 8 will think they're "too new" to be known to the public, or able to gain wota's so it wouldn't be beneficial to them anyway. I would actually be surprised if they did.

There has been 33 entries so far on the last day, first part of RH is going now, so next entries are either in the middle or after the 2nd part.

Of those 33, 26 were from AKB.

No, someone (me) said that Churi said -last- year that if there was an application for -this- years election like there was in last years election, she wouldn't participate (she didn't like the application system). But that was last year, and now she is in, as final person to apply. Churi also from what I can recall, had said not too long ago that she would participate in this years election.
