Wakatsuki Yumi: Story of Eyelid Surgery
On Nov. 14th, Wakatsuki Yumi admitted to receiving eyelid surgery in her first year of high school. She stated that she had Epiblepharon, or inverted eyelashes, a medical condition in which your eyelashes grow into your eyes instead of outwards. This leads to the eyelashes scratching your cornea. Her doctor told her that it would contribute to blindness if untreated. Yumi said that there were other treatments to cure inverted eyelids, such as burning off the eyelashes or cutting them off; however, they were only temporary. She hopes that she can speak out to the people with the same condition by voicing out her cosmetic procedure.
Her story was then published on Cinema Today & become a hot topic on yahoo! one day later.

The article which starts with calling it as not so much of an "cosmetic surgery".

Myumyu have had some major publicity this year. Late of last year she was suspended from activities for a scandal, had a design featured in an art exhibition this year, featured in a Shizuoka Guidebook, and became a cast member of "Rhousoku". Some even predicting Myumyu to become one of the even more popular members of Nogizaka46 later on due to her accomplishments.

This girl has a stunning look (but she has this kind of strange habit to use mangalike contact lenses... horrible IMHO) but, that's strange, she is not really photogenic. When you see her live or in video, you are just breathless. She is not in the senbatsu but she is the less "under girl" of the "under girls"

"Every dog goes to heaven" started on 1st of October. 6 performances left.
The title.. yup.
On the stage there is a lot of things going on inside me, but on contrary there is nothing to be seen on me from outside. 笑
I put what I learned, what I challenge and sometimes fun, but it's difficult exactly because of the same story told everyday.
I'm struggling with the stage with all my might.
They say that the stage is a living thing, so every moment is valuable and fresh.
There is nothing much to notify or to inform about during the performance days, sorry about that.
I'll leave a notice that I'm working hard on the stage so that I can tell you happy news one day. 笑
Thank you for coming a lot to watch.
Thank you for your support.
Your presence becomes my confidence.
There must be people who are looking.
It's almost over!!
By the way, people who helped me before also come to the theater.
I'm grateful for that. Really.
I'll write again on the last day of performances!!
see you.
In the monthly magazine "Entame" that is on sale these days me, Inoue and Sakurai are discussing about the stage (∗ˊ꒳ˋ∗)
Please treat me well.

"Thank you for all your help" (2015/10/13 07:36)
Nothing but that.
Having been supported and helped out and learning a lot, I finished the race of 18 performances of "Every dog goes to heaven" without problems.
To be honest, I'd love to tell you a lot, for example about the role of Marine, or which part was difficult or on which part I worked hard, where should I start from?
Or I'd rather not talk about behind-the-scene, I wonder.. The pleasure of stage performance is main thing.. Should I answer once something is asked, I wonder..
Thinking about all these things, this time I'll leave writing a long post 笑
But,
anyhow every day was interesting.
People who were coming to the theater,
members,
actresses that were performing with us together,
staff member who were supporting us behind the scene,
members of Nogizaka inugumi (dog team)
you, who were supporting us all the time
and members
Thank you so much.
is it serious?
