I am so happy she's still in the group even at 20 years old. Do you guys also sometimes imagine what your favs might be like a couple of years from now and want them to just stay long enough to see the great adult version of them? I swear when Maa was still a baby Musume I so often thought about grown Maa and now seeing her actually staying this long and becoming the most popular h!p members gets me so so emotional ;;

I've usually been more of an "in the moment" kind of person, but there are times when I venture a thought into what could be. Especially the younger members, if I imagine what they could be like or how different they could be if they manage to stay for nearly a decade to be shaped at least in part by their career. That's largely because of Berryz and C-ute, but at least to some extent by those in the platinum era of Momusu like Sayu, Gaki, etc. as well.

 

Maa-chan kind of defies expectations though. For whatever maturity she does gain, she still remains unabashedly Maa-chan. It's honestly kind of disconcerting at times, because she's become undeniably gorgeous in physical appearance and her personality has matured in a way that suits her, but then she starts talking, spinning, or laughing, and suddenly she's wearing a baby chick outfit nodding her head from side to side to Pyoko Pyoko Ultra again. Meanwhile, she's become so completely and undeniably popular in the group to the point that she could be considered the modern face of Morning Musume after Sayu's grad. In some ways, I can't imagine her leaving the group and in other ways I worry every day that she'll pull an Eri and willingly blink out into obscurity so that we never see her again. It might happen at some point, but I can't imagine any current member of Momusu or even any other member of H!P being so much of an enigma. We've been able to experience a third of her life so far though and every moment has been as precious as anyone could hope for, so at the very least we can take pride in the woman we've witnessed her to become:

The waiting line for her goods was absolute hell, they did not seem prepared for it in the slightest. Got the set, mostly just wanted the shirt. Wore it at the live but first and last time I'll prolly wear a member shirt.
It just looks so unfashionable, maybe I should combine it with something.

Omg right!!! I started lining at 14:50 and could buy the set around the show time (17:18)
I had to buy L size Tshirt since the M one sold out
It’s my first time going to events like this so I was a litlle panic when staff announced something
I was worried that i was standing in the wrong line
It was hell really!!
Lining for Momusu concert goods was much more faster

I think the Tshirt looks fine, I like that it has Deli-kun in it!!

How was her voice? Usually around this time it's not good.

Her voice was not perfect but better than usual for her BD events. Yeah, I was lining up for 3 hours or so and got the set around 15 minutes before the show started (M size fortunately) and also had to go out of line to pick up my same day ticket and then go back in again (explained I had to do so to the people around me beforehand). Then what happened was they split the external selling line from the goods line, which became the entrance line. It was a bit confusing especially since people didn't know which would reach the goods first. Would've lined up sooner but had tickets for the Angerme cafe and didn't think there'd be a same day lottery. T-shirt itself looks fine as a shirt, but just doesn't match me, lol. I wear V necks and emerald green doesn't suit me as a color much either.
