The background song for [8x4] commercial, the new ZONE song which everyone is familiar with [Taiyou no KISS], its refreshing & happy tune represents the feeling of the 4 members! The favourite season, summer, is coming! We believe that ZONE will be even more energetic!

Energetic is the proof of New ZONE!

Miyu: [Taiyou no KISS] has a very summer feeling, the lyrics also reminds people of the beautiful scenary of the sky & sea of summer.

Maiko: The lyrics are easy to memorised, the introduction has a very "MAIKO" feeling. "Friendly Summer" in the lyrics is also written very well. During the production, I hope that this song will be your greatest memory for this summer.

Tomoka: To me, this is the 2nd single but I can already get into the song easily. Like the other members, when I'm singing this song, the summer scenary comes to my mind.

Mizuho: We didn't discuss about the genre of this song together. If they produce this song before listening to everyone's comments, it would be too "liu xing shi hua(?)". But this time I've wonder if we imagined the same scenary, and we really did (laugh).

Miyu: The instrumental part of this song is also worth to be listened, introduction and the guitar solo ending, breaking, are also worth to be listened.

Mizuho: The part worth to be listened is the coupling with song [REAL] (Miyu's solo) which is pretty good.

Maiko: When listening to this song, I will remember the other members. It's the first time having this feeling.

Mizuho: First time being touched, my tears nearly dripped down. Saying it as a ZONE style of song, I rather think that it has more of Miyu's style.

Tomoka: The lyrics are very mature, I couldn't understand, thinking that how will Miyu handle it? But after I heard it, I was shocked. The question which appeared in my brain was, Miyu is really only 15?

Miyu: I'm really only 15 (laugh). It's rare that I get praised by them, excuse me for that... (shy).

Mizuho: Only now, during interview, that we will praise you (laugh).

Miyu: (laugh). The character in this song is very mature, I'm confused too, I don't know the meaning to it. But I use my own way to understand the message which needs to be delivered to the listeners. I also spent a long time recording this song, I hope that there will be more chance for me to understand this song better in the future.

Maiko: Next time, I also want to challange tough works. I really like ballads, but I hope that the next song I can sing solo is a fast song.

Tomoka: I want to try song of a hard rock style, like in album [N], didn't I challenged rock songs? So, as compared to other styles, I would rather prefer to work on rock style.

Mizuho: For this year's solo song, I don't want to sing a song of my own style anymore. I want to try a great variety of styles, I don't want to be stucked in one. Hope that people will say, Mizuho can also be like this, making everybody shocked.

Let the concert be the greatest summer memory

Mizuho: When releasing [Taiyou no Kiss], Tomoka is also been in the group for 6months already. I don't know whether it's fast or slow, but it just went by without our noticing.

Miyu: No, it went by fast!
Mizuho: What changed after Tomoka joined ZONE?

Tomoka: Yep, did anything changed? As for school, my friends' reactions didn't change, I don't think anything changed either. Before I joined ZONE, its all solo activities, and there's no feeling of not agreeing. If you say something has changed, that is the number of trips to Tokyo (laugh). Did I change?

Mizuho: I think you're still the same, relax you didn't change (laugh).

Tomoka: But, it's my first tour this summer... I wonder what will the situation be like, I'm looking forward to it, hope that time can fly pass quickly.

Mizuho: I'm looking forward to it too, it's the first time I'm this excited, hope that that day can reach us fast, I have a kind of feeling that something good will happen on that day, and it will finish happily.

Miyu: I want everybody to admire the different song presentation styles, let everybody see a performance which represent each of our character...hope that the concert will surprise everyone, make a nice summer memory with every audience.

I watched the PopjapanTV interviews a while back (thats how I found out about Zone), and I have to agree about Mizuho. Throughout the whole interview...she was unbelievably hyper. I was like "wow...she sure has lots of energy." Maiko is really cute...I liked how she wants to be a gas station attendant...haha.

Miki-chan: thanks for the interview tidbit. ^^

Does anyone have a translation for the short bit about Zone in the June issue of Bomb? I bought the magazine...happy that it had a page on Zone, but unfortunely, I can't read Japanese. If anyone needs...I'll be more than glad to email or upload a scan of that page.

i agree with your point

actually, a successful forum or thread needs members's supporting all the time.
and "info updates"(or new topics to discuss)
i personally think "too many DLs" aren't good methods to keep a forum.
(cuz that'll "spoil" people who just look for DLs.)

so i put the thought here to check if we have enough ability and passion to maintain a good forum.

Miki may like the idea as i think she rooted for it in Jpm forum but wasnt sucessful..again whether the forum will be successful or not will depends on our response...
maybe could put it on a trial?
