Looks like my third vote will have to go to Moeno too.

Even though it is way to early to tell what will happen at the end, I'm still surprised that there are more than 4 SKE and more than 1 RS ranked in the top 40.

Bored and with a calculator. Trying to catch the influence of senbatsu elections on singles. Data extracted from above and the first page. Obvious comments about method: my mistakes, “Namida Surprise” has a longer sales life than election time (first two week sales: 124.461), also there are no “total reported votes” so it could be added to that number from 5000 to 10000 votes more. For the same reasons is quite pointless doing this right now, but well, maybe can bring some light about it…


Votes on 1st Senbatsu Election: 54026

“Namida Surprise” Total Reported Sales: 145,157

Votes/Sales ratio: 0.372

Votes on first day of 2nd Senbatsu Election: 60754

“Ponytail to Shushu” 1st day Reported Sales: 354,403

Votes/Sales ratio: 0.171
