Actually here's a topic for everyone. I'm pretty dang sure everyone has noticed the mass amounts of Eri pairings in fanfiction... Now my question is, what do you think of it? (I mean, there's GakiKame, TanaKame, KameiShige/SayuEri, AiEri, JunEri... I've seen bits and pieces of FujiKame... It's insane! )

^that's probably it. eri can fit in with anyone of the girls. i also think she's kind of a needy person, not really able to take care of herself. i mean, she can do all the basics, but you know, like, she needs someone to take care of her sort of thing. ya know?

what with the turtle-loving in my fic...

but yea, it's cuz she's friendly with just bout everyone
you don't see much conflict going on (even if it is scripted) between Eri and someone else... or I could be wrong..
I just can't think of any sort of conflicts at the moment really... so maybe I'll edit this if I do...

and also, she's really nice too, like how she got along fine with Junjun and was with Junjun and Linlin during that um.. what was it again? Morning Days vol. 1 I think?
and plus hear character is just somebody that needs to be taken care of, goofy, lovable, and can be serious when needed
that's one all rounded character right there, hard not to get along with her if you ask me

well I'd add that people, non the least he writers, like Eri. I find it hard not to.
even if she's not my fav, she still comes like 3:d on my list

On the subject I've considered the popularity of TanaKame... now I haven't counted but.. I think it's the most popular cupling here...
I haven't written anything with this cupling (though they do appear in mine and Ima's colab fit, but she writes those parts)
why do people like this cupling? (of all cupings)
I donno... but I rather just slash Eri with Sayumi or Ai..

Eri does appear like the needy one in most relationships... I like to see the fanfictions where she's not though. Just a bit of seriousness/responsibility can change things. Perhaps the reasons why Eri's name comes second is because she tends to be the "less in charge" one in fanfiction relationships. (TanaKAMEI, GakiKAME, AiERI, SayuERI. Unless you wanna look at it as KameiShige... *insert funny thoughts here*)

Haha... I'm having fun making different characters the center of discussion. How 'bout Ai-chan? Apparently she's the new male role of MM since Yossi left. Or so I've read anyway. :/

EDIT: Ah, Odori just posted. Well here's my two cents (worth nothing): I don't actually know why TanaKamei is so popular...though I heard in the Chinese/Korean fanbase it's really popular. I thought SayuEri or GakiKame would be more prevalent, but not on H!O I guess. (Seeing as how SayuEri are best friends...) I see more GakiKame and SayuEri over at jphip...I think. I'm actually very guilty about liking almost any Eri pairing. GakiKame, SayuEri/Kameishige, TanaKame, AiEri, MikiEri, EriJun... *cough* )
