Dou ni mo Tomaranai was supposed to be their 6th single.......it was ready for release. That wound up on Momusu's Cover Yuu album.

Arranger is different though. They probably sound quite different.

If that is true.......then was the Momusu version just the W backing track with the PE vocals.......or was the W version (that we've never heard) different and that's what we'll be getting.......or are all three versions different?

Different arranger means different backing track. Dou ni mo Tomaranai has been covered like a bazillion times--there are many drastically different sounds out there.

This arranger hasn't worked with H!P in over 10 years, so it's almost certainly the original cover.

OK, so that means although they had the W version in the can, they used a different arrangement for the MM version........and we'll get to hear the original W version! I'm almost certain this will be performed tomorrow.

Just noticed that the last song on the mini-album is a copy of this Chisato Moritaka song:

I didn't think I would see the day this thread would revive like this, with so many actual news for W, I'm getting emotional :sob: I'm so glad I kept following Nono and Aibon all these years, the wait and heartbreaks were worth it now that this day finally comes

Wish they were streaming the Hello Project Premium of Hina Fest this year. The one they are in. Unless they make an even more surprise appearance on the Morning Musume Premium. On second thought if I got to watch it live through Niconico I’d probably be crying. Kago was the entire reason I started listening to Hello!Project. She was on a “date” with Gackt whom I was looking up. The video was from earlier but I learned about W (double you) through the clip in late 2006. When Yossie was still the leader of Morning Musume and before Aika was announced. I purchased all of W (double you)‘s by the time Kago’s contract was terminated in March of 07’. I am beyond excited that there will be videos of her singing with Nono again. I’ve followed them for so many years I’d decided a a couple years ago that Nozomi will be the middle name of my first chil if I have a girl. So excited to see them on stage together again!!!
