actually the "believe it" is a line i hate, i don't know if it has that in the Japanese ver. but i don't think there was that in the manga
and i think in the later parts in the anime even in the eng.ver, naruto doesn't really say that anymore, which i think is a good thing

the suckiest englsih dub ever must be Yugioh (especially the movie, duelist city and the dragon whateverwhatever part which wasn't in the manga), Battle-B-damon and Beyblade....
actually there are many more, they just changed their lines totally into some real stupid puns and so call "jokes" which aren't funny at all....
