It was fan found. She hasn't shared it yet, and it identifies her school... so I don't know if it's appropriate to post the exact details on here

 

That's understandable! I just wanted to know where it came from before I went adding something like that to her trivia all over the place.

So, on the most recent episode of tinytiny, Mizuho gives her first impressions on the new members (Yagi Shiori starts @43:36).  She said that all the new members are good singers, but she described Shiori as having a very pretty voice, and the way she sings is very different from anyone else in Tsubaki.  She specifically mentioned that Shiori did 声楽 (seigaku), which translates to vocal music (Someone correct me if I'm wrong, my Japanese comprehension isn't the greatest).  I had no idea what vocal music was so I had to do some research and...

 

 

Did they just add an opera singer into Tsubaki?

There's no particular reason to think it was opera from just "声楽."  Vocal music includes all sorts of things.

^ Sure.  I was just basing it on the quick search I did and a few videos that I glazed over, so I just threw opera out there, mostly in jest.  But, maybe a better interpretation would be "classically trained".

Same. Riko said its a generation of good singer, but mostly praised Runo's voice and Shiori's uniqueness so can't wait to hear her voice.

So if Riko said it, we will have to pay special attention to Shiori. We already knew about Runo that they sing very well.

They didn't lie, Shiori's voice is different and she's a solid singer. There's no weak singer in the 4 girls they added. From the 3, she was the one with the most "charisma" during her audition.
