I used to buy one manga every two weeks or so, but since my interest in anime has diminished (there's a direct relationship between anime and manga interest I suppose, but it's not that way anymore) and also and the availability of popular manga titles on the internet has increased, my growth rate has fallen a LOT. But this is what I have as of now...I'm thinking of maybe getting back into it, though. I stopped watching anime alltogether (except for a few old favorites) but I still have interest in manga but I don't get around to reading it anymore.

I have one copy of the first volume in following titles (along with reasons I didn't buy the next one):

-Sailor Moon (my very first manga at 12...my dad almost didn't buy it for me because it was 10 bucks, good thing he did, though. I never bothered continuing, as my manga interest rekindled two years afterward)
-A.I Love You (Ken Akamatsu's story style hasn't changed at all, and it bored me to backtrack)
-Rurouni Kenshin (buying it in the first place was kind of ridiculous considering I had read the entire series at the bookstore before buying this)

This counts, I think. I have all of the issues ever released of Shojo Beat (which is about 30 issues)... which is the girl version of Shounen Jump. It's good stuff. I also have an Angel Sanctuary art book I received for X-mas last year.

Kinda like me. I see barely any anime now (a couple recomended series every year) and I was in a fansub before. But I still buy and read manga, I always liked more reading than movies, so...

I went thru a manga phase late last year. My problem is that when I start with one I can't stop until I finished the whole set. Its like I've no patience to wait for next issues so I don't bother with current running manga's This is also the reason why I tend to be wary of picking another title and If I do I'll try to pick one that has a short run.. less than 20 books would be ok

This is what I have finished so far, not much compared with some of you guys:
- Love Hina: I love this series but was disappointed at how the story was ended. Ken could have done a better ending.
- A.I Love: wish there would be a continuation of this series.

and ongoing are
- Negima: Not sure if I'm gonna continue with this.
- Miracle Magical (I think thats the correct title or was it the other way around): I know I'm not going to continue with this one.

Oh you must have noticed A.I Love, Love Hina and Negima are done by the same author.. sensei Ken Akatmatsu. Thats just my style I tend to stick to one author when it comes to books. Same goes with english novels

Wow, looking at my post here I see how much has grown my manga collection lately, and I'm starting few series since I become really addicted fo Jpop...

There isnt any thread about recomending manga? Could be useful, many good mangas arent well know...
