@temeri: Actually, it's normal to feel some attraction to a 13-year-old, because in primitive conditions (tribes, caves and so on), 13-year-olds can have children, and that's what such attraction does evolutionarily.
It would be WRONG to act on it in a complex society where it takes much longer to gain social understanding of the likely consequences of ones actions, but the "p word" doesn't apply (plus there are young girls on this site, so I don't want them to be frightened). That word only applies when someone would be too young to have children.
Edit: My comments are way too long-winded, aren't they? XD

They used to edit out Yuuka's mole until there was a demand for it, then they stopped shopping it out. Perhaps the same with Riho will happpen. H!P's picture editors are slow sometimes XD!

^ Editing out Yuuka's mole would be like editing out Mona Lisa's smile. I want to see the girls as they are... that isn't to say that something temporary (e.g. acne) shouldn't be edited out, but permanent features are, by definition, charm points on an idol and should not be altered in any way for photographs.

As for why I said it in the first place, it was primarily to explain that the "p word" is not only understandably disturbing to some but is also inaccurate in this case.
Anyhow, Riho's beauty will be yet another factor in her rise to the top. She gives me hope for Morning Musume's future.

it may be natural for someone to be attracted to a 13 year old, but in all instances, it's still disturbing, imo. i'd rather not know about it. whoever feels that way should just keep it to themselves.

Since Riho is the defacto leader and new front girl for Morning Musume, of course she's going to be hot and desirable. Otherwise she wouldn't have been selected to carry on the fine tradition. When is the photobook going to be available? I'll be in Japan to see some H!O Summer shows next month and will buy it if it is out by then. Acchan's, Airi's, and Mayuyu's PB's are also "must gets".
