^I highly doubt that. If you are referring to the wideness, I notice that all H!P members started in H!P with smaller eyes and as they got older their eyes got wider. (I hope this isn't offending anyone) Like, Reina or Nozomi for example. Really thin eyes to start, and with age and cosmetics, things just opened up, NPI

^ it's also how they angle their heads when posing. when they tilt their chin downward, it automatically gives them a wide-eyed look. i'm also sure they have some sort of "how-to" posing lesson when they become h!p artists.

nah not eye surgery, eyes are easy to make larger without going under the knife.
Growing will also make them larger :)
