But are we all sure that is Tsunku who desides who is going to graduate? It's said that when Goto Maki graduated, it was imposed by one of the UFA highups.

It was Kamei's choice to graduate to do health issues. I have a feeling that the other two were more likely "fired" due to failure of breaking into the Chinese market.

That would be a very shallow and stupid move firing someone purely for not breaking a market.

I apologize then. Yes, of course it would be a shallow and stupid move. But I'm just trying to understand why would they would simply graduate Linlin and Junjun out of the blue. Purely because their time as "exchange students" were up? Who knows. It just felt their time there and talent were wasted. They didn't even have a chance to shine much.

I hope Tsunku picks a girl or two with at least some prior singing or dancing training. (Or both, like Ai.) Excluding an Egg.

Isn't Karin about to turn twelve? I would agree that she is too young. Next year, with Aika turning eighteen at the beginning of the new year, adding a twelve year old to a group young women eighteen and above does offset the age balance.

And if the 5th-gen duo were to graduate....Sayumi as leader and Reina as sub-leader? Ouch.
