To open in a new tab, you can middle click.
Of course, if your mouse doesn't have a middle click that's gonna be hard.

Is it possible to burn Hybrid Punch on dual-layer DVD? A disc is like 7.5GB and the thing is 8GB...

I don't know where you get your DL DVDs but they are generally 8.5GB.
