^It's a scene from the play/musical 34丁目の奇跡 (Miracle on 34th Street) which was performed Dec 2005.

As for Sakitty's height compared to Maimai , I'm 100% sure that Maimai is taller. The only time I've seen them stand next to each other is during the physical test on C-ute DVD Magazine Vol.3 that took place last summer. You can watch it here.

At the 5:20 mark you can see them standing next to each other and Mai is slightly taller. Since then Mai has gone on a big growth spurt.

^That's Saki for sure, with Aina Hashimoto (The Possible) probably rehearsing for Miracle on 34th Street. Kanon's hair is quite different as you can see here,

Hehe I was pretty sure, just for some reason it didn't look quite like Saki to me. And I knew it couldn't be Asuna, so the only other one I reasoned it could be is Kanon
