I know Kishimon has always been one of the best voices in Tsubaki but like...she's seriously blowing me away she's getting as good as some of the top voices in H!P rn

^Yeah, she's better than most TF, which isn't that hard really, (I think Mizuho and Risa are just as good though) but she's just okay, improving I can see that, but not as good as the best H!P singers.

It's not about better skill or technique. But her style is really stand out

Well whatever it's just my opinion I'm not saying she's as good over all but i can see her getting there in a year or so. She has a unique style and has the most stability out of all of TF. I think if she keeps improving at this rate she will be in the top of H!P voices.
