Fairies are a seven member "dance and vocal" group (as opposed to idol group, I guess) on what I thought was the Vision Factory label under avex. However, I waited to type this until I actually received my copy of the CD, and it says Sonic Groove, and the Vision Factory name is mentioned on a small flyer enclosed inside the booklet only. In any case, they are all pretty good dancers who probably received vocal training sometime after learning how to dance, which may explain why they are not being promoted as "idols". The name comes from the fact that the girls are supposed to look like fairies while dancing. Okay....
Fairies have released only one single so far, the double A-side "More Kiss" and "Song for You". The first track is a fun dance pop number, not unlike what many idols are singing these days. "More Kiss" was featured in most of their promo videos on the Vision Factory YouTube channel, titled "Road To Debut" Episodes 1-1 to 1-9, and 2-1 to 2-9, the second episode being the "making of" for the video. It seems to be the most popular of the two tracks with many Fairies fans on this website's thread. Oh yeah, I was the guy who created the thread. The second track is a rockin' guitar-driven song that I find more appealing. The video for this song premiered on Ustream, but is now available on YouTube. The music for "Song for You" was used for the "Road To Debut" Episode 3-1 to 3-9, which was the "making of" for the video. I actually heard about this group on anhh's General Idol News thread, and he's been a big help with finding videos and providing information. Here's my thread: http://www.hello-onl.../22303-fairies/
Here's the video for "Song for You":
And here's a song that I don't know the title of, but it features a woman named Shokotan:
Please support these up-and-coming....um, dance and vocalists!

And they are WAY cute. I haven't looked much into them yet. But it is on my list.
Thanks for introducing them to me!
