i delete old chat posts in this thread cuz i think this topic is the most important announcement here,and i wanna the post is clear enough for shinmens and senpais. 
besides, i add rules here:
1)all requests are only allowed to post here.if someone try to post request in other forum here, the topic will be closed or deleted.
2)only higher ranks could post request here
3)posting request as "replies in any thread" in H!B is forbidden.if someone try so, the post will be deleted first.please don't try to break the rule by any methods.
