From what I have read so far, it seems she was born in Fukuoka but grew up in America which explains her native-sounding accent when speaking English. Even with the sometimes odd sentence structure and/or word selection her English is really good; maybe Kondo Sayaka level? Apparently she took ballet since she was super young as well. Despite her being born in Fukuoka, I'm not going to hold my breath that she'll be speaking any Hakata-ben like Shiichan or Mariko do.

I never really payed much attention to the KKS don't kill me but I remember seeing a video of hers and decided to just watch it and I fell in love~

It's funny how when she speaks in English she sounds pretty normal but her voice gets so squeaky when she speaks in Japanese. Can't get over how much she looks like a mini-Tiffany though.
