Morning Musume on Utaban question

Hey everyone, it's been a loooooooooong time since I was on this forum and I just have a quick question regarding when Morning Musume or even Pucchimoni was on Utaban. I noticed these Black men were on Utaban especially during the time when Morning Musume/Pucchimoni were promoting The Peace and Baby! Koi no Knockout. Also this guy who does the opening.

 

It's so funny re-watching episodes now when they were assigned to be a Morning Musume member or the Three Selections on the show. Anyways I'm a full-time writer these days so I was trying to reach out to any of these men to write a piece about their time on the show and working with the Utaban staff. But I have no luck on where to start and have tried contacting TBS but so far, no luck.

 

Hopefully it's okay to post this, I can imagine the amount of Utaban topics here but let me know 

 

 

Unfortunately, I have no specific info on the performers, but the logical next step, I think, would be to look into Japanese talent agencies specifically for foreigners, as that is most likely how they were hired for the show. A lot of Japanese companies will list their year of formation on their About page so you can try to find ones that were active in the year this episode aired, but even without that, you might still be able to get a lead on what agency TBS was using at the time. Considering how long ago this was, there's a very real possibility that these men not only retired from the entertainment industry, but also left Japan, so I think the odds of finding names and contact info even from the agencies are low, but that would be my next step in the search process.

Not sure of the others, but the man in the middle of the first screencap is Lee Marshall, he was better known as a 'regular' on the TV Asahi music program Ontama (オンタマ) that ran from 2005-2012. He's also the owner of a barbershop in Roppongi called The Room 806, you could probably try reaching out to him through their website.
