[12/01] Miyamoto Karin 1st single "Doushite Bokura ni wa Yaruki ga Nai no ka (2021) / Hyoutenka / Kikaku-gai no Romance"

As announced in today's M-Line Music show, Miyamoto Karin will release a triple A-side single at December 1st 2021, coincides with her birthday, almost a year after her graduation from Juice=Juice.

After previously released two digital singles in 2019 (どうして僕らにはやる気がないのか / Doushite Bokura ni wa Yaruki ga Nai no ka) and 2020 (未来のフィラメント / Mirai no Filament), this will be Karin's first solo music physical release.

At the moment only one song is confirmed, which is a new version of Doushite Bokura ni wa Yaruki ga Nai no ka (new recording, new arrangement) while the other is still yet to be announced. All A-sides will have an MV

 

The other two A-Sides finally revealed to be "Hyoutenka" and "Kikaku-gai no Romance"

 

Hyoutenka (Below Freezing) is a ballad written by Yamazaki Aoi, and just like Doushite, first performed by Karin at her first solo tour in 2019, and has been performed Karin either in M-Line shows or her own tours. Kikaku-gai no Romance (Non-standard Romance) in an 'American pop dance number' song composed by Swedish creator team.

It does looks pretty amazing! Admittedly, I don't watch many idol MVs outside H!P, but the settings are quite refreshing compared to the usual indoor setting we often get. Can't wait to see the full MV tomorrow

Also I'm really happy about Hyoutenka being one of the A-Side. I love that song, and Karin always nails it in her live performances.

So sad they aren't releasing some of her other songs as B-Side She has so much to "throw" at us  

But happy she finally can shine as solo artist with a proper release 

I keep listening to Doushite Bokura ni again and again, the song is soooo good. Of course, the MV itself is awesome, but the song is addictive. I love it so much.

It sounds like an anime song.

Today's M-Line Music has Hyoutenka MV preview @ 00:04!

Being a ballad, naturally this one is a bit calmer than Doushite.

I've listened to the original version so much, it will take time to get used to the orchestral arrangement.
