Upon graduating from Morning Musume, I had all sorts of thoughts about my future.

While hearing opinions from various people that I could try being a model or an actress—I’ve wanted to be like a model since I was small—I’ve come to believe that I can capitalize on working on the things—“food and health”—that I’ve been studying.

Of course, although I’d like to continue to try modeling and singing, I want to pursue work related to things I’m interested in, like “food” and “health.”

Since I want to communicate with all my fans in various settings from now on, please give me your support!

Since graduating from Morning Musume and Hello!Project on December 6, 2009, Koharu herself and the staff have met many times for discussions, and she has personally decided to work in a direction that capitalizes on what’s most interesting to her.

Since discovering the deliciousness of pickled plums in the second grade and having eaten as many of the nation’s plums as possible, she will step up into this new endeavor with redoubled determination.

• This makes total sense--in fact, during the past few months I actually had thought about KK appearing on a Health-related TV program (no joke); a blog is actually better for us fans, and there's always the possibility that she may appear on TV to promote health products/ideas anyway.
• The manager who wrote about "eating all the plums" has not forgotten KK's Dokyu episode.
