Body language, even when contrived, communicates a great deal. Notice how Sayumi is folding her arms like Tsunku as a way of showing that she too is an authority figure.
Masaki seems to be making a subtle power play of her own, meekly standing at Tsunku's side rather than with the group, as if to signal either to him or us (or both) that she is wanting special attention.
Most of the others are showing that they are first and foremost idols who can strike just the right pose at the right moment, but Haruna appears to be cozying up to Sayumi as if her imposing presence gives her a sense of security, rather like Masaki with Tsunku.
