Q: When picking an outfit, what do you start with?
Ichioka Reina
Depending on the mood of the day, a skirt or pants.

Tops!
Since I feel like I can one way or another pick the whole thing from the top?

I start from the top down!
I take care not to make it too childish or too mature!

I start with a skirt!

I decide on a top first, and after that in order to not overlap and look compatible, I go for the bottoms (skirts and such!).
